Product Owner

The Product Owner is a member of the Product Management team and sits at the key juncture between development, sales and our outside customers. Customer Success Associate

The Shibumi Customer Success team engages with our clients to ensure that they are able to meet their business objectives.

Specifically, our Customer Success Associates:

Client Partner

Shibumi goes to market through both direct sales and partnerships with management consulting firms, with a primary focused on global enterprises. Most Shibumi sales are highly consultative, with a requirement to understand complex business requirements and craft a solution that meets those needs.

The Client Partner will drive the end-to-end expansion of Shibumi’s business within defined accounts and regions: working directly with customer business and IT buyers, as well as supporting partner management consulting firms in their own sales cycle. Within established accounts, the Client Partner will drive growth by both ensuring the success of existing use cases and identifying new use cases that align with customer strategic priorities. The Client Partner will also develop new accounts through industry and use case-centered prospecting.

This role is part of a broader client-facing team that includes sales, solution consultants and customer success. Solutions Consultant

Job Overview 

Shibumi goes to market through both direct sales and partnerships with management consulting firms and intelligent automation vendors, with a primary focus on global enterprises.  We are looking for a Director of Marketing who will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Shibumi’s marketing programs, develop strategic messaging, create branded materials, write content (i.e.) data sheets, use case briefs, case studies, drive our SEO efforts, design and execute targeted Paid and Organic campaigns, manage social media, events, and sales enablement. About the Role

In this newly created role, the Director of Product Marketing for Shibumi will bring Shibumi’s innovative products, modules, apps, features and functionality to existing customers and prospects to drive awareness, engagement and retention. Building on the understanding of our customers and value proposition, this product marketing leader will help define and drive the overall go-to-market strategy and development of this critical element of Shibumi’s brand and business. This role reports into Shibumi’s VP of GTM Solutions and will have key relationships with our marketing, revenue, and delivery leaders across the organization. 

The Director of Product Marketing will work in close partnership with Shibumi’s GTM Solutions team, Marketing team, Client Success team, and Revenue team to conceive and propose new product marketing strategies and concepts, and guide those projects from ideation through successful launch, completion and iteration. From product-focused webinars and marquee customer events to thought leadership and product launches, the Director of Product Marketing will play a key role in every aspect of Shibumi’s product marketing on a global scale. The right person for this role will be able to work at the strategic level – generating bold and innovative ideas for growth – and at the tactical level, managing the detail and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate analytical acumen as well as creative skills. You should have the ability to appropriately use data to inform high-ROI investments and creative decisions, understanding how Shibumi’s platform and applications fit into the company’s broader growth and retention goals. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as an implementation consultant and/or a sales engineer/pre-sales consultant with interest in the intersection of product management and solutions consulting
  • Track record of delivering and implementing technology successfully
  • Language skills (English)

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in a computer science or engineering field
  • Solution domain expertise, especially in the B2B SaaS and Strategy Execution Management (SEM) space
  • Startup experience
  • Exceptional cross-functional business acumen
