Client Partner

Shibumi goes to market through both direct sales and partnerships with management consulting firms, with a primary focused on global enterprises. Most Shibumi sales are highly consultative, with a requirement to understand complex business requirements and craft a solution that meets those needs.

The Client Partner will drive the end-to-end expansion of Shibumi’s business within defined accounts and regions: working directly with customer business and IT buyers, as well as supporting partner management consulting firms in their own sales cycle. Within established accounts, the Client Partner will drive growth by both ensuring the success of existing use cases and identifying new use cases that align with customer strategic priorities. About the Role

In this newly created role, the Director of Product Marketing for Shibumi will bring Shibumi’s innovative products, modules, apps, features and functionality to existing customers and prospects to drive awareness, engagement and retention. Building on the understanding of our customers and value proposition, this product marketing leader will help define and drive the overall go-to-market strategy and development of this critical element of Shibumi’s brand and business.   • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience as an implementation consultant and/or a sales engineer/pre-sales consultant with interest in the intersection of product management and solutions consulting
  • Track record of delivering and implementing technology successfully
  • Language skills (English)

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS degree in a computer science or engineering field
  • Solution domain expertise, especially in the B2B SaaS and Strategy Execution Management (SEM) space
  • Startup experience
  • Exceptional cross-functional business acumen
