This September, Shibumi had the pleasure of welcoming client and partner members of its Product Advisory Board to downtown Detroit for the annual PAB Meeting. Nearly 60 people representing 22 organizations (and hailing from 4 continents!) joined the occasion which was hosted at the Madison Loft and Aloft Hotel.
Day 1
The event began with sessions from Shibumi’s CEO Bob Nahmias, CCO Mark DiGirolamo, and CPO Kim Lewis who collectively mapped out corporate and product strategy for the coming year.
The microphone then shifted over to partners EY (Ryan Battles), Automation Anywhere (Mike Minelli), Capgemini (Praveen Sunkari), Deloitte (Chris Reynolds), and Blue Prism (Steve Rothwell) who shared their insights on RPA and discussed multi-use applications for Shibumi.
“It’s really a platform that can be used in just about every area of our business… Audit, Tax Transaction, and Advisory. Whether you’re dealing with Post Merger Acquisition and you need a decision support platform to understand priorities and what you fund and what moves first, or for example our internal tax team is working on RPA for our internal initiatives.”
Day 2
Bob Graziano and Matt Wilder from Co-Op Financial Services kicked-off the second day by enthusiastically describing their use of Shibumi – how it fits into their solution architecture and the critical decision-making benefits they are achieving through its use. The Co-Op team was followed by an insightful Deloitte presentation on the state of the automation industry delivered by Chris Reynolds and Rose Corris.
To round out the event, a panel of partners and clients shared their insights into EPMO vs. PMO consisting of panelists Rodrigo Torres (Grupo Panteleon), Joe Rolfes (Ameren), Will Bruce (KPMG), and Bob Graziano (Co-Op Financial Services).
