Can Shibumi trigger approval Workflow if a Prioritization score is changed?

Approval workflows can be re-initiated based on any change in the questions/answers associated with the Priortization Scoring. Furthermore, different approval workflows can be leveraged depending upon the answers to each question. For example, “If the answer is “X”, go to this approver”, and “if the answer is “Y”, go to that approver. Notifications can be sent out in line with the change in questions, and both approvers and/or Initiative Owners/Contributors can be notified “In App” or via email.

Additionally, the organisational hierarchy of customers will be embedded within the Shibumi solution so staff have appropriate permissions in the solution based on their role in the customers organisation & organisational hierarchy. Furthermore, Shibumi’s flexible configuration capabilities allow customers to define any number of user roles and permissions down to the field level. For example, “View Only” staff in the “Finance BU” might have visibility across all initiatives, but perhaps only edit rights over the initiatives they’re permitted to change or the initiatives they own.

Can I export an existing list of initiatives for external reporting?

Shibumi can be configured to flexibly show a table of data at any location throughout the solution. For example, at the “Business Unit” level, you could have a table of all of the existing Initiatives with columns showing the “Critical Fields” associated with each. This information can be exported to CSV by an appropriately permissioned user, and sent to staff members. If the data is updated outside of Shibumi, it can then be imported/ingested by simple “Copy/Paste” from the CSV/XLS back into Shibumi. Optionally, the Shibumi customers solution can be configured in such a way as to replace external and additional spreadsheets. These spreadsheets can be digitised into the Shibumi platform and staff members can then collaborate around a real-time source of the truth, instead of managing spreadsheets across multiple versions/etc.

Shibumi can support adding documents, files, links, etc. to any Initiative or work item in the solution. Existing initiative data can be imported/ingested by simple “Copy/Paste” from a CSV/XLS or other structured data set. Once the Shibumi solution is up & running, users can simply add new initiatives singularly or in bulk using the standard Shibumi UI/UX.

For example, the owner of a ÒBusiness UnitÓ can have full administrative rights to that business unit and all downstream teams/functions. But at the same time that ÒBusiness UnitÓ owner may not have any access rights to other business units or upstream business functions.
