The newest AI courses
The biggest investment over the past few months has been our AI series. 5 courses, each built around a specific capability.
- AI Overview explains each capability in plain language: what it does, what data it touches, and how to roll it out in 3 phases.
- AI Actions is the practical course. Configure Recommend Content for initiative ideas and Recommend Value for status updates, then automate both through business rules.
- AI Create Dashboard generates a working dashboard from one prompt and lets you refine it from there.
- AI Analyze runs natural-language queries against your portfolio data and shows its reasoning, so you can validate the answer before a QBR.
- Good Prompting in Shibumi is worth taking early. Output quality depends upon input quality.
Shibumi AI surfaces insights inside your data so you can pivot faster but you still bring the judgment and the accountability for what gets delivered.
Inside Shibumi University: Persona Paths, AI, Hands-On Practice
If you haven’t visited Shibumi University lately, it’s worth a fresh look. The catalog has grown, we have a new AI series, and learning paths are now matched to how your role works. Here’s what’s available today and what’s on the roadmap.
What is Shibumi University?
Shibumi University is our self-paced training site for customers and partners. You create an account, log in, and are enrolled in a learning path matched to your role in the solution. You can also browse the full course catalog: introductory courses, dashboard creation, Shibumi AI, and business transformation. Each course runs short and targets a specific task.
Persona-specific learning paths
Learning paths are built around the business roles that interact with Shibumi most: Program Manager, Program Admin, Initiative Owner, and Initiative Team Member. Each path sequences the courses that matter for your role, so you’re not left sorting through the full catalog on your own.
Each path closes with a brief survey and exam. Pass it, and you earn a certificate that confirms you’ve absorbed the material and are ready to apply it.
Dashboard exercise
For our Dashboard Exercise course, we provision learners with a dedicated Training Enterprise loaded with an app and sample data. Access runs roughly 10 days, with extensions available on request. The course walks you through configuring a best practice layout for an interactive dashboard.
What’s next
The course roadmap leans more business-focused. The next series in development covers questions program teams ask once they’re past the platform mechanics:
- Investment Governance. How to structure intake, scoring, and prioritization so investment decisions are defensible and traceable.
- KPI and Impact Library Setup. How to build a reusable library of KPIs and impact measures that work across initiatives, not just within one.
- Benefit Realization Tracking. How to follow benefits from forecast to actual, with the data structures and dashboards that make it sustainable.
The plan is to give people a proven, best-practice starting point so they don’t need to reinvent the basics each time.
